We are confident that our jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. If you have received an item as a gift we will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit.
Please follow these 3 steps for a quick return or exchange:
1. Contact us at 814-237-1566 to receive a return authorization number.
2. Print the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box so that it is clearly visible.
3. Send your item(s) attached with a copy of your sales receipt to us by an insured courier (UPS, Registered mail or Fed EX.) Retain the tracking number for you records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do NOT write “jewelry” or similar words on outside of the package.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions: The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
